Our company is required by the NY state law to obtain a copy of your Resale Certificate, please fill the customer information form and attach it with a copy of your Resale Certificate. Ramakrishnanandas gifts Inc. holds the right to do any necessary changes in their terms and conditions policy.

Payment Options:

1. Credit card \ Debit card \ Electronic check (up to $200)

2. Pre-shipping payment: If you haven’t been approved yet for paying by check or for net terms and would still like to pay by check, you may order merchandise by phone or online and send a check out before the package is shipped. As soon as we receive your payment and once it gets cleared we will mail out the package to you.

3. COD Check – Payment upon delivery, need to fill the credit application form and get approved first.

4. Payment upon invoice – This option entitles the approved retailer to order merchandise and send the payment as soon as the package arrives. In order to receive the above method of payment you will have to fill the credit application form and get approved first.

5. Net 30 – For qualified applicants need to fill the credit application form and get approved first.

Refused COD shipments will be subjected to a 15% restocking charge and shipping charges.

We do not accept post dated checks.

Past due accounts:
Will not be shipped before account is current. There is a 1.5 % monthly financing charge on late payments.

R.G.I holds the right to cancel a Net-30 term status in case of repeatedly unpaid balances.
R.G.I holds the right to change product prices at any circumstance and will not be obligated to announce the change prior to its happening.

Returned checks:
Will be subjected to a $25 service fee.

In the event of collection actions the customer will be held responsible of any legal expenses and additional costs incurred by Ramakrishnananda’s Gifts Inc.

Back Orders will be accepted but will not be considered an actual order. R.G.I will contact you once the merchandise will be available again and inquire whether you wish to order it.

Return Policy:
Items received damaged, or which have been sent by error should be reported within 3 days of shipment arrival.
Damaged merchandise will be shipped and replaced at no additional costs. R.G.I will be responsible for return shipping expenses only for shipments sent in error. If you are not satisfied with your merchandise you may return it within 30 days on the condition that it returns to us in good saleable standard and free of price labels. All returns are for credit only. Merchandise paid with R.G.I store credit will not be eligible for free shipping.
Please make sure to inspect your merchandise immediately upon arrival. Damaged shipments should be kept in there original packing materiel, shipping carton and labels. Please have your invoice number and tracking number available when calling. Returned merchandise which was damaged on return shipment due to insufficient packing will not be credited. All returns should include a return form.
